Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use this site, submit an intake, or get tattooed by Ink Divine LLC. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstance, even with parental consent.
Body art services
We are a licensed Colorado Body Art Establishment in Colorado Springs. Tattoos are by appointment, in studio. All work performed by Mina Absynthe. We are not a medical provider. Disclose any health condition that might affect your safety or healing — see the consent form you'll sign before each session.
Intake and booking
Submitting an intake form is a request, not a booking. A session is locked when both (1) we've confirmed in writing and (2) you've sent the deposit. Deposits are a percentage of the estimated session and count toward the final cost.
Reschedules and cancellations
You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 72 hours' notice; the deposit moves with you. Less than 72 hours, the deposit is forfeit. No-shows forfeit the deposit and may not be rebooked.
Photography
We photograph completed and healed tattoos for our portfolio and social media. Photos focus on the tattoo, not faces. You can opt out at session — see the consent form.
Art store
Original art is final sale. Returns only for damage in transit (photograph within 48 hours of receipt) or items different from their description (within 7 days of receipt). Sales tax handled by Stripe Tax.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes filed in courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
